These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Elevate Athletic website, training services, and any related communications offered in Nagpur, India.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent), and that you will follow these Terms as well as any posted rules inside the facility.

Legal Compliance and Regulations

By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection standards and online safety protocols. Elevate Athletic operates in accordance with international compliance requirements to ensure a safe and secure user experience.

Where local laws differ from international standards, we apply the stricter protections. We may update our practices to reflect regulatory changes without prior notice, while keeping this page current.

User Responsibilities

Users are required to act lawfully and refrain from violating any local, national, or international laws while using our services. Any misuse of our platform that breaches compliance policies may result in account suspension or legal action.

You agree not to interfere with other members’ training, not to damage equipment, and to follow coach instructions related to safety, pacing, and lane usage. Repeated violations may lead to removal from sessions.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate for scheduling notices and policy updates. If your details change, notify us promptly so that time-critical information reaches you.

Accounts, passes, and session allocations are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access or re-selling sessions is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In case of disputes, we adhere to strict legal frameworks and offer fair resolution processes. All disputes will be governed by the laws of India and the State of Maharashtra. By using our services, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and agree to their enforcement.

Before any formal action, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by emailing a description of the issue and allowing a reasonable time to respond. Where permitted, small claims or arbitration may be used for efficiency.

Health & Safety

Training involves physical exertion. You confirm that you are medically cleared for exercise and will inform a coach of any condition that may affect participation. Follow posted safety guidance and use equipment as instructed.

Payments, Passes & Cancellations

Fees are displayed at purchase and may change at block renewals. Missed sessions are not refundable, but we try to offer fair make-up options where capacity allows. Chargebacks for valid services may result in account hold.

Schedule & Service Changes

We may adjust class times, coach assignments, or room access to maintain safety and quality. Material changes will be communicated through posted notices or email when feasible.

Facility Rules

Keep lanes clear, rack plates by size, brush bars after chalked sets, and wipe stations when finished. Tidy platforms keep sessions predictable and safe for everyone.

Intellectual Property

All site content, copy, graphics, and program designs are owned by Elevate Athletic or licensed to us. You may not copy, sell, or publish our materials without written permission.

Acceptable Use

No scraping, reverse engineering, automated sign-ups, or harmful code. Do not post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates privacy or intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Athletic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. We provide the services “as available” and take reasonable care to deliver them safely.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Elevate Athletic harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the facilities or website.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where policies are repeatedly breached or safety is at risk. Outstanding fees remain payable, and unlawful behavior may be referred to authorities.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect service or legal updates. The “Effective date” below will be revised; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
